I’m a Texas-based event producer and advisor with two decades of experience helping teams plan, organize, and execute complex live events.
Professional path
A career across planning, production, and live operations.
My work has spanned major sporting events, live entertainment, executive programs, campus events, and international productions. Over time, it expanded from venue and event management into national operations and independent production.
The work is intense, public, and collaborative. Each setting asks different questions, but every one depends on people communicating well and taking responsibility for what happens next.
Years of live work taught me how decisions, communication, and ownership affect one another. Marrow brings that judgment to teams that keep responsibility for their events. Lamplight helps student leaders build it through doing the work themselves.

Sporting events, arenas, entertainment programs, executive settings, and festivals. Each brings its own audience, its own risks, and its own definition of a good outcome.

Projects across the United States, Europe, South America and Australia, each with its own team, requirements, and constraints.

Experience coordinating complex operations across multiple markets, teams, vendors, and moving parts.
Education
Communication, language, and social responsibility.
I earned a degree in Communication from Pepperdine University, with an English emphasis and a focus on Social Action and Justice. That foundation continues to shape how I communicate, organize information, and work with people.
How I work
Take the work seriously. Don't take yourself too seriously.
Good work, low ego. I read the room, say what needs saying, and keep pushing until the plan actually works, not just looks good on paper.
At home, I’m a husband and dad first.
